Modern Renovators, Inc. began in June of 1997 after founder Bill Ezell had worked for over 10 years in the modular industry. He brought with him, a very strong knowledge of Radio Frequency shielding for M.R.I. scan rooms, and also lead shielding for X-ray rooms and C.T. scanning.
