Modern Renovators has served over five-hundred clients since our founding in 1997. We take a different approach to a healthcare construction project, one we call “Constructive Thinking in Action”. In a nutshell, we provide finished, ready to use space either in your existing facility or in one of our component constructed buildings. Because we do our own shielding (RF, magnetic, lead) we are able to be more competitive both in cost and time. Whether it’s an in-house build out or a component constructed building, we can control and manage the entire process from design to ribbon cutting.

Modern Renovators is based ninety minutes south of Nashville in Loretto, Tennessee where we’ve found a strong, competent, experienced and motivated work force. Many members of our team have been with Modern Renovators for years. There’s a deep pride evident that you can see first-hand by visiting us.

We operate two facilities totaling 55,000-square foot within walking distance of one another. Both facilities are climate-controlled, which means weather does not affect our projects. Our work goes on regardless of the elements. The efficient facility layout means we can focus on the tasks at hand and not worry about the annoyances and delays (weather) that occur at traditional constructions sites. Supplies and tools are kept on site to avoid delays.

We have worked with major healthcare equipment manufacturers of all types, with specialties in medical imaging (Cath Labs, CT, Mammography, MRI and R&F)
